I stayed at Liang House in Ubud for a week and had a fantastic time. The traditional Balinese house was a unique and cozy experience. The location was perfect - close to the city center, good restaurants, and the bus station. Despite being in a central area, the room was incredibly quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and even organized a motorbike for me at a great price. The available amenities, such as hot water shower, outdoor table, and kitchen with a fridge, were wonderful. a great stay at Liang House.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The scooter rental was affordable and convenient, which helped us explore the surrounding area easily. The room was spacious and well-maintained. the location was excellent as it was close to many key local attractions.
Breakfast could have been more substantial, given that it was the New Year period. Noise levels were also a little high due to traffic, but it didn't affect our overall experience much.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bali and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were really affordable and I found that the hotel paid attention to little details that made the stay enjoyable. One thing that stood out was the location, tucked away in a quiet alley away from the main city jam. It was a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities were provided, including clean rooms with a traditional feel and a private bathroom. I also appreciated the curtains around the bed for added privacy. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast included, which was a great way to start the day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

Situated in a local area, this hostel provides a local feel for a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and quick to fix any issues. the free coffee is a nice touch, and scooter rental is inexpensive. Beds are comfortable, with enough space for towels in the showers. Some guests were even treated to traditional Balinese snacks. one sink leaked straight onto the floor.

I spent my Christmas holidays at a place that really felt like home. the friendly and welcoming family who ran the homestay really made my stay extra special. They went out of their way to help me with my tours and transportation needs, and even provided me with unlimited water, coffee, and tea. the traditional Balinese house was decorated with beautiful paintings that added a very personal touch to the cozy and clean room. Best of all, the homestay was situated in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still just a short walk away from key attractions.
Despite the homestay having so much charm, there were a few things that could use some improvement. the bathroom had a slight odor of dampness that lingered, which wasn't very pleasant.

Liang House is the perfect place to stay in Ubud. the Liang family is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. the room is comfortable and well-equipped, with a comfy bed, wardrobe, fan, and private bath. I had the amazing opportunity to borrow traditional Balinese clothes and jewelry from Liang's wife to participate in local temple ceremonies where Liang was performing. It was an unforgettable cultural experience. If you want an authentic Balinese home stay with warm hospitality, Liang House is the place to be.
I would definitely stay here again. Cons: No complaints.
